Industrial Visit to Bhiwandi to understand Fabric Construction.

Industrial visit is considered as one of the tactical methods of teaching. The main reason behind this: it lets the student know things practically through interaction, working methods, and employment practices. Moreover, it gives exposure from the academic point of view. Main aim industrial visit is to provide exposure to students about the practical working environment. They also provide students with a good opportunity to gain full awareness about industrial practices. Through the industrial visit, students get awareness about new technologies. The aim of this visit was to develop a practical understanding of all core elements & processes involved. Each student got a chance to have hands-on experience of the process, specifically various types of fabric construction. They were able to analyze the mechanism of the basic fabric construction with a live and practical approach. Every student did get a chance to interact with manufacturing personnel and coordinators during the course of understanding the machinery and quality parameters of fabrics.
